Reimbursement Policy
The new reimbursement policy for AGA was approved at the 9th session of the IEB meeting. Participants eligible for the reimbursement are the official delegates from IAMU member universities in developing countries justified by UN criteria. If you would like to apply, please contact the IAMU Secretariat ( info@iamu-edu.org ).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event (10 October) by email to aga23@samk.fi. If cancellation is received after this date, or is not notified, the full amount of the participation fee and the cabin fee will be charged. If the cancellation is due to serious illness, serious accident or other unexpected and serious event, the cancellation can be made free of charge up to 1 day before the event. To prove the reason for cancellation, you will need a reliable document, such as a medical certificate.
