The Annual General Assembly (AGA) is the annual meeting of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU). The International Association of Maritime Universities Student Session (IAMUS), held annually as part of the AGA, brings together Maritime students of IAMU member universities from all over the world to discuss recent progress and future trends in maritime education, training, research, and other matters within the scope of IAMU. This year, the IAMUC will be hosted by Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, a member of IAMU.

- Full papers 19th of May 2023 (ultimate deadline)
- Notification of full paper acceptances and requests for revisions 8th of June
- Submission of revised full papers 10th of July
- Final acceptance of full papers August 11th August
Authors who abstract has been accepted are accepted to participate the conference and present either on oral or poster format.
Format (either oral or poster) of the presentation in the IAMU student conference 18th of August.
